Robin Mitchell15 September 2026I discovered Turco Persian Rugs while listening to JazzFM Radio. I am so impressed. They took my 3 wool rugs out of my home for a thorough cleaning. They literally look brand new. I also purchased 3 new carpet pads, cut to size. I will most definitely send my carpets to this company again. I was also so appreciative of professionalism and support provided by the gentlemen who picked up and returned these rugs. Thanks Turco!Posted on Google
WENDY MURCIA15 September 2026We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Persian Rugs. From the very beginning, Isaac was incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and was always attentive to every detail. We truly appreciated his excellent customer service. We purchased a beautiful rug for our master bedroom, and we could not be happier with it. The quality and material are incredible — it is exceptionally soft, plush, and comfortable, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail are beautiful. It completely elevated the room. We also had two rugs that we already owned professionally cleaned and repaired, as the edges had been quite damaged over time. The result was amazing! They were cleaned and restored beautifully, and honestly, they look almost brand new again. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the work. Overall, we are extremely happy with both our new rug and the restoration of our existing rugs. The quality, workmanship, and customer service were outstanding. A special thank you to Isaac for making the entire experience so pleasant and seamless. We would highly recommend Persian Rugs to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality rugs and exceptional service. Five stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+1Posted on Google

L P.20 January 2024My 8x10, which has not be cleaned since I bought it 8 years ago, needed some love. I was given lots of useful information about the rug and a protective treatment was suggested. Honestly, it came back looking as if I'd just bought it from the showroom. Growing up, we had our rugs cleaned at Turco-Persian and in the 40 years since, they never disappoint. Not only do they know their carpets, they completed the cleaning days earlier than estimated.Posted on YelpMary F.9 December 2019The upsale on the cleaning quote for my rugs included stain-proofing. I rejected this for my thirty-year old rug on the basis that it owed me nothing and already had a huge red wine stain that had resisted previous cleaning. Imagine my delight when it returned absolutely stain-free. So impressed.Posted on Yelp
Jane P.6 December 2019Amazing work and personal service to explain what needed to be done, the cost involved, expectation, and a beautiful result (AND they complimentary came to my home to deliver!). I couldn't recommend any other company better!!! TURCO PERSIAN is the place to go.Posted on Yelp
Jennifer S.19 April 2018I had a great experience from start to finish at Turco Persian. The staff was amazing and my rug has never looked better.Posted on Yelp
Kerri-Ann B.16 February 2017I want to take this opportunity to acknowledge the excellent service and knowledgable staff at TURCO PERSIAN RUG COMPANY. I used Turco to clean a rug of mine and the result exceeded my expectation. The rug was in dire shape when I brought it in to be cleaned, it had been my puppies favourite place to play and sleep and was use in a high traffic area in my home. The rug came back in a timely manner and looked as beautiful as the day I bought it. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a new rug or have their existing one cared for. .After wandering through their sales floor I can't wait for the chance to add another rug of theirs to my home. Thank you to the team at TURCO -- see you again soon!Posted on Yelp
Galen K.20 October 2016We recently had work done by Turco (a large sectional couch, chair and ottoman) and were extremely impressed by the service we received and the work - which was nothing short of amazing. We have a baby, a dog and a long haired cat - needless to say our furniture was in desperate need of help. A few years ago we used a groupon and got another service in to clean the same furniture. The company was in and out in less than an hour and the end result was mildly improved. We brought Turco in and they spent over 4+ hours doing the same job. The service technician was very polite, personable and considerate of our sleeping baby. The end result was nothing short of amazing - everything looks and SMELLS like brand new. It took more time, it cost more money, but the results were in my opinion worth it. Highly recommended.Posted on Yelp
Chris R.9 March 2016If you're going to buy quality Persian rugs, you'd be well served to hire qualified people to clean them! We have been going to Tucro Persian for a number of years now and though our rugs only go in for yearly cleaning- no kids or pets, we have always been very pleased with the experience. We typically make use of their pickup/delivery service and have consistently been impressed with how punctual, polite and hardworking their drivers are. While perhaps not the cheapest option around, if you've already invested in beautiful rugs and want to keep them that way, you really can't beat the quality of service offered by this Toronto institution!Posted on YelpSuzy G.30 March 2015We had a dog stain on our Persian rug. My mother highly recommended Turco carpet. The price was very reasonable so I called them. I was given a date and time for pick-up. The man who picked it up was prompt and pleasant. About 2 weeks later they called to ask if I wanted it scotch guarded for $30. They told me the carpet was still drying and it would be ready in a few more days. A few days later I got a call to schedule the free delivery of the carpet. I was really surprised but as my mother had promised the carpet was unbelievably clean. It is a very light beige carpet and I hadn't even realized how dirty it was. The carpet looked new and I am thrilled with Turco.Load moreVerified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
