1. Detailed Inspection
We begin by examining your carpet and ensuring the customer is aware of any concerns the technician may have.
2. Pre-spray
A pre-spray detergent is applied to begin its work of breaking up soil and oils. High traffic areas are scrubbed to loosen up ground in dirt.
3. Steam clean / Extraction
The steam cleaning process using pressure and slight agitation to break up soil in the carpet. Built in nozzles spray the carpet with clean heated water and then immediately extracted out along with the dirt and captured in our soil water tank in the truck.
4. Grooming
The carpet is groomed for a uniform look and sets up the carpet fibres for the drying process.
5. Paper
Steps and walkways are covered in unbleached kraft paper so that the customer may walk in those areas without getting damp feet or slipping.
6. Drying
Drying using takes 12hours or so depending on relative humidity. Customers may use fan if a shorter drying time is required. Furniture is that is put back in place is placed on small foam blocks to protect the freshly cleaned carpet.

A: We would strongly suggest that we take and area rugs back with us to our rug cleaning facility for a proper deep cleaning however the crew can do a quick cleaning of any area rugs by request.
Q: How long does the cleaning process take?
