Q: Will professional cleaning damage the fabric?
A: Unfortunately some fabrics can’t be cleaned in the traditional way. Our trained professionals will discuss any concerns with cleaning and what your options are.
Q: Can you remove all types of stains?
A: Unlike most competitors, we don’t charge for stain removal. While we have a high success rate with stain removal, some stains (like certain dyes or chemicals) may be permanent. We’ll assess your furniture and discuss realistic outcomes before proceeding.
Q: How long does the cleaning process take?
A: Typically, a three seat sofa take about 2 hours to clean. There is also drying time to consider as well. Furniture should be left to dry over night.
Q: Is your cleaning process environmentally friendly?
A: Yes, we use eco-friendly cleaning agents that are safe for your family and pets, as well as the environment. We are a PERC-free facility.
Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We primarily serve all of the GTA (Oakville to Oshawa to King City) but can arrange services outside this area upon request.

A: Simply clear the area of breakables and personal items and our team will take care of the rest.
