Shipping and Returns Policy

Rugs may be returned for credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

All United States shipments are via UPS and cannot accommodate orders to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Rugs need to be repackaged like new in the original packaging or equivalent. Contact Turco Persian 416-366-0707 between 9am – 5pm Eastern Time Monday to Friday to schedule a pickup order.

A credit or exchange will only be issued if the item is received in its original condition.  Wear, debris, furniture marks, stains or heavy smells will result in a non-refund or may be subject to cleaning charges.

Note: Do not use any tape or adhesives when securing the item for return. Any damage done to the time as a result of improper packaging my result in a non-refund or cleaning/repair charges.

If the item is damaged in shipping, you must sign for the item as damaged and notify Turco Persian Rug Company within 7 days of receiving the item. If you fail to notify Turco Persian of the damage within 7 days, Turco Persian cannot be held responsible for any refund or replacement of the damaged item.
