Purchase Policy

With in-store payments, we accept all major credit cards, cash or debit. For online purchases, only major credit cards are accepted.


We cannot accommodate orders to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some items may not be shipped internationally due to product embargo, particularly Iranian goods in and out of the United States. The item(s) must be signed for upon delivery which will determine the date received.


Once the item has been received (signed delivery from the carrier) you will have three (3) days to try the item out in-home. If you are unsatisfied with the purchase, you may notify us to file a return within three (3) days of receiving the items. You will be responsible for return shipping charges including insurance and any duties.

Sales are also considered final if:

  • You requested alterations to be performed on the item prior to shipping
  • The rug was damaged while in your care

Rugs need to be repackaged like new in the original packaging or equivalent. 

Note: Do not use any tape or adhesives directly on the item when securing the item for return. Any damage is done to the item as a result of improper packaging may result in a non-refund or cleaning/repair charges.
