Rug Rentals are for a minimum five (5) day rental period. Items rental required for greater than five days are charged on a per day basis. Special rates can be provided for large volume or extended rental periods.
You may cancel or modify your order up to 3 days prior to your pickup date. If you cancel within 3 days of pickup date, you will be subject to a $25 re-stocking fee.
All rental rugs are cleaned after use these costs are included in your rental fee. Any stains or damage that cannot be remedied by our standard professional rug cleaning service will be cause for additional charges. If the stains / damage can be repaired, you will be charged the amount to fix the damage incurred. In the case of the rug being damaged beyond repair – the full replacement cost of the item, specified on your agreement, will be charged.
We are not responsible for any damage to existing flooring due to any tape or adhesive used by customers to secure the rented item.
If installation assistance is required, the scope of the job must be outlined in its entirety for quotation purposes. Extra charges my apply in the event that the installation crew be left standing idle. All parking fees or parking tickets may also be charged back to the customer in the event that adequate parking is not provided.

- Do I need to make an appointment for renting rugs?
No. You’re welcome to come by during our hours and pickup your order. Should you like to see the item prior to renting, simply let our staff know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. - Do I get a price break if I rent for only one day?
No. All rugs need to be professionally cleaned after use, which the rental fee covers. The price for a one-day rental is the same as for a one-week rental. - Can I rent for longer than one week?
Yes you may. A seven day rental is the minimum but beyond seven days your rental is charged per day. You can use our online reservation tool to calculate the cost of renting a specific item based on pickup and return dates. - If I don’t use the rug, can I bring it back for a refund?
We do not offer refunds on rug rental. If you are unsure of whether you will need the rug or not, we are happy to hold it for you until you are sure. You may cancel up to 3 days prior to pickup date. If you cancel within 3 days of pickup, you may be subject to a restocking fee of $25. - I don’t have a credit card. Can I give you a cash deposit?
It is our policy that only a valid credit card may be used as a deposit. - Do you sell your rental stock?
Yes. All of our rental items are available for sale at the replacement cost listed on the website / agreement. - How much time do I need to commit to the rental process?
Very little time. Simply pick out the item on our rental website, choose your dates and secure the rental with a valid credit card. Come down to our place of business on your day of pickup and we will have the item ready for you. It’s that easy. - Can I pay for my order over the phone?
Yes you can, provided that we also receive a manual imprint fax of the front and back of the card. The fax must have the card number, expiry date and verification code clearly visible, and be signed by the cardholder. - Will you ship the rug to me?
We’re happy to ship with the courier company of your choice, provided that you make all prior arrangements and pay for the shipment yourself. If you are returning rugs by courier, please be sure that they are returned freight prepaid and in suitable packaging for shipment. Cross boarder shipping may pose an issue. - Do you rent to international customers?
No. There are too many items in our collection that are made in Iran that face shipment restrictions into and out of the United States due to current imposed sanctions. - What happens if I can’t return the rug during store hours? Do you have a drop-box?
Due to the large size of the items, we do not have a drop box service. All pickups and delivered must be made during regular hours of operations. Regular hours may be impacted by holidays throughout the year.
